At PhenoTips, it's our mission to empower life-saving care provided by genetic counselors, geneticists, and genetic clinicians. Our software has been integral to this mission, solving for the problems commonly faced in genetic workflows such as inefficiency, inaccuracy, and lack of collaboration. However, we recognize that because of the current pandemic, hospitals and clinics will need additional support. Hospitals are on the front lines of the fight against coronavirus, leaving resources under enormous strain.

We're extremely grateful for the continuous support we’ve received from our global community of users over the past six years. So, it’s important to us that we provide the communities we serve with accessible solutions and reliable support in this time of instability.

Individual Accounts on PhenoTips Cloud will be free for the next three months

With hospital resources under strain, it’s necessary to make our tools accessible. For the next three months, all individual PhenoTips Cloud accounts will be free, including those already in use, because genetics units and clinics shouldn't be forgotten in this time of need.

For researchers and clinicians working from home, PhenoTips Cloud is particularly helpful when it comes to collaborating on cases. With just a couple clicks you can either transfer file ownership, or add collaborators so multiple users can work on the same file simultaneously.

PhenoTips solutions will continue to run uninterrupted

Whether you use PhenoTips Enterprise or PhenoTips Cloud, we know how important our tools are, now more than ever. Our team will continue to work together, remotely, to ensure you’re getting the support you need. Working from home is common practice at PhenoTips, and we’ve made sure to provide the structure and equipment needed for our team to do our best work for you at this time.

You can reach us, as always, through our support email or through the live chat on our website.
